A PLACE FOR SEEDS

While focused on the on the planting,
The ship of gears and years flew past the moon.

The thread I used was worn and old...
I still pulled and looped to mend as told.

But now the cloth has sprung a leak...
And parts of it begin to weak.

Looking down at parts left to sew...
Wondering if they'll truly grow.

Remembering of wonders all around...
lifting my eyes up from the ground.

With gears still turning, and years still burning...
The cloth will soon be mended, the work now nearing ended.
