Description

A wise man once spoke of care,
how a tender hand shapes the vineyard,
nudging the vines, like whispers in the wind,
reminding them of their strength,
guiding them along lines drawn with hope.

He bends down to pick up fallen branches,
dusting off the earth,
lifting them back—
not just to hold their place,
but to encourage their rise,
to prompt their reaching towards the sun.

With careful scissors, he prunes away the dead,
those leaves that cling to the vine's heart,
making room for fresh buds to burst forth,
to taste the sweetness of new beginnings.

This is how he nudges the fruit,
teaches that growth often requires,
sometimes a gentle touch, sometimes a cut,
a push and a pull, to find the balance—
so life can spring anew,
and the vineyard thrives
in the embrace of diligent care.
